The website is owned by Liberta Consulting Group FZE.

References to “Liberta” or “Liberta Group” identify the businesses operating under the Liberta brand. Advisory and corporate services are provided by Liberta Consulting Group FZE, and real estate services are provided by Liberta Real Estate LLC, within the scope of their respective licenses and authorisations.

Each entity is responsible for the services it provides and is identified in the relevant contractual documentation.

You may use the website to find information about Liberta, learn about our services and contact us.

You must use it lawfully and respect the rights of Liberta and third parties. In particular, you must not:

Cancellations and any refunds will be governed by the terms of the contracted service and applicable law. Their assessment will take account of the work performed and costs properly incurred in accordance with the engagement.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory rights to refunds, compensation or other remedies under applicable law.

6. Intellectual property and trademarks

Rights in the website and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, design and visual identity elements, belong to their respective owners or licensors.
